Zynga Customer Support

Have you been to facebook? Well, who hasn't, it seems we all have an account with them and some even created multiple one's just to accommodate their private and not so private life. Some even created to gain more advantage in game applications. I love playing games in facebook even it takes sometimes to load the pages and it is pretty frustrating when encountering some glitches on these games.

Facebook applications right now are still on high demands and its developer had discovered that they can earn more in adding up premium items which in most of the time can only be avail if you have the games cash. Games cash are rewards after completing some task, but it can be acquired faster if you buy it, but your frugal lady here won't spend my hard-earned PayPal monies just like that so I resort on just completing the task and I enjoy it at the same time I save up my PayPal money.

I enjoy cafe world a lot, just like now I am typing this article at the same time simmering my French onion soup hee hee! But I encounter some glitches two weeks ago, after completing the Fast as Lightning Goal task and as expected I excitedly click on the functional button and it was so sad that my reward wasn't there. I waited for some hours and days, but frustratingly end up with nothing to avail my red lightning stove reward which cost 40 cafe cash or around $10 if I bought it through PayPal.

After few more hours of waiting, I decide to contact the games developer that is Zynga and after exchange of two (2) support request tickets they just added 40 cafe cash on my account to purchase the stove yeeha!

I appreciate the Zynga is not a snob, unlike others out there. Supposedly around hundreds and thousands of us right now playing Zynga games and I bet they receive not just 10 support tickets a day and its good thing to know that they value their customers by answering and solving our queries. Keep it up Zynga!
