Last Saturday, 23rd of January marks my second month here in the living city and still very much adjusting in almost everything, from food, transportation, house mates and I am still not used to their language. I hardly understand my co-workers even though they speak English because they all talk fast and their "r" are missing. I hardly talk to anyone, beside those who really communicates well, I'm not sure if they are really not that sociable or they are really avoiding any conversation with me since I make them repeat what they say for several times.
Maybe I need more time to get my ear accustomed to their slang, but one thing is sure I am not anti-social, I had been to working for more than six years, all with bunch of friends and pals.
